With over 1770 spacious sq. ft – this unit is conveniently located just one door down from the elevators, has keyless entry, is professionally decorated, offers direct access to the immaculate shores of Orange Beach and is new to the rental market!!

Kitchen upgrades include deluxe cabinetry and moldings, brand name full-size stainless-steel appliances, tiled backsplash, and granite counter and breakfast bar tops.
The adjoining dining area and wet bar offers a free-standing gourmet ice maker and dual temperature wine chiller - perfect for mixing your favorite cocktail and entertaining guests!
Living area entertainment features include a Marantz stereo receiver, Klipsch surround sound, a radio frequency remote, a 75” SMART TV, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and Dish Network along with plush overstuffed seating. Each bedroom offers a 40’ flat screen TV and there is free Hi Speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire space and balcony.
Our condo sleeps 10 and each bedroom offers new tile flooring, luxurious mattresses, high thread count sheets, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom offers beachfront balcony access and a king size bed. Bedroom 2 includes 2 queen size lift beds, and bedroom 3 offers 2 queen beds. The adjoining bathrooms are appointed with deluxe towels and convenient soap and shampoo dispensers.
The Laundry room includes full size washer and dryer.
Recreation features include direct beach access, an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, and two large Jacuzzi's. The tennis courts and state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf makes this the perfect all in one.
MONTHLY RENTALS - This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February.
Multi-level covered parking. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival - a onetime fee of $55 per vehicle. 3-bedroom units at Phoenix Orange Beach II allow for purchase - up to (2) parking passes. Additional passes may be available depending on the occupancy of the complex during your stay. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice. Also, please note that RVs (or extended vans with RV hook ups), trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not permitted in the garages OR overflow lots.
There is a 25-year-old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
