We put family first, and it is our responsibility to take whatever steps we can to help ensure the well-being of our guests and our Roberts Brothers family.

What are we doing to ensure your safety and ours through the Vacation Rentals process?
We are actively using keyless entry points that allow for us to engage in contactless check-in and out procedures for our guests. This allows us to limit the physical interactions between guests and our team during this time and we supplement this interaction with electronic communication and a 24-hour maintenance line. All of our guests will receive detailed information and access to our guest relations representative, should something come up during their stay. Roberts Brothers Vacation Rentals has also employed a 3-Step Quality Control process that begins with our professional cleaners and ends with a personal inspection of each unit by one our representatives that includes a final sanitization of the doors and handles.
Covid Cancellation Policy – Roberts Brothers Vacation Rentals is proud to say that from the beginning we have offered our guests full refunds minus the credit card processing fee if the beaches are closed. Also, with proper documentation our guests can cancel their reservation with a full refund if they are diagnosed with Covid 19 within 14 days of their arrival.
