- We use several marketing channels to market your property to potential guests. Starting with our own website, VRBO, Homes & Villas by Marriott International, AirBnb, Travelocity, Expedia, Hotels.com, Orbitz, Priceline.com, Trivago, (just to name a few) and social media post.
- We know how important it is to have a social media presence. It is one of the most powerfully ways to promote each of our units, so we have a presences on Facebook, Instagram, and now TikTok.
Our Expectations of Owners
Our reputation and yours is everything to us, so we believe it is important to have open communication with you about the condition of your property. It is important that when a guest arrives at your property that they are not only met with fresh linens and a clean unit, but that the property has been maintained to the highest expectations. We promise to let you know when a new coat of paint is needed, flooring needs to be replaced, furniture must be cleaned or replaced or anything else that is showing signs of wear and tear. We ask for your commitment to address those issues when you are made aware of them.
- Our Management Fee is 20 – 25% of Booking Fees.
- Owner’s stays do need to book through our booking calendar, but there is no Booking Fees charged to you.
- In order to ensure the next guests have the freshest of linens and a spotless unit, owners will be charged a cleaning fee after your stay.
